Privacy Policy

FlutterZip is operated by SiteOwnr LLC ("we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect when you interact with our Instagram account @flutter_zip and our automated reply service, and what we do with it.

What we collect

• When you comment on one of our Instagram posts, Instagram sends us the comment text, the post it was on, your Instagram username and an Instagram-scoped user ID.
• When we send you a direct message, we record that it was sent and whether it succeeded.

We do not collect your password, contacts, location, payment details or any other information from your Instagram account.

How we use it

• To reply to your comment with the resource you asked for (for example, a link to source code), by Instagram direct message.
• To avoid sending you the same message twice and to keep our service within Instagram's limits.
• To understand, in aggregate, which posts people find useful.

We do not sell your information, use it for advertising, or share it with anyone except Meta (which operates Instagram and delivers our messages) and our hosting provider, which stores it on our behalf.

How long we keep it

Records used to prevent duplicate messages are deleted automatically after 8 days. The log of requests is kept for up to 12 months and then deleted, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to show you or delete the information we hold about you at any time. See data deletion or email olympicson@siteownr.com. You can also stop interacting with our posts, or block our account, and we will not message you.

Security

Data is stored on a server we control, accessible only to us, and transferred over encrypted connections (HTTPS).

Children

Our service is not directed at children under 13, and Instagram does not allow accounts for them.
